- 50 grams of Driscoll's Raspberries
- 50 grams of Driscoll's Blackberries
- 40 grams of oats
- 200 ml milk of your choice (almond, oat, or cow's milk)
- 1 apple (peeled, diced)
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of granola
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Steps
- CARAMELIZE the apple: Heat the diced apple in a pan with honey and cinnamon until golden brown and soft (about 3-4 minutes).
- COOK the oatmeal: Bring the oats and milk to a boil. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes on low heat until creamy.
- SERVE: Scoop the oatmeal into a bowl, stir in the caramelized apple, and top with blackberries, raspberries, and granola.
