ZESPRI SUNGOLD KIWIFRUIT COCONUT POPSICLES

INGREDIENTS


4 SunGold kiwifruit, peeled
1 cup coconut milk
2 bananas, peeled
unsweetened coconut flakes, for garnish (2 limes)
½ tsp salt

 

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 2-3 hours or until frozen.
  3. When ready to enjoy, remove from popsicle mold and sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes, if desired.
